These features prevent unwanted content from passing through the SA 520W, and protect users from receiving spam e-mail and landing on websites that are infected with spyware. This service requires configuration on the SA 520W and service activation with Trend Micro.
ProtectLink Gateway will scan your email for more than three million different virus patterns and more than 400,000 spyware patterns. Additional antispam technology is provided via 10 different inspection technologies that evaluate not just the senderΓÇÖs network address reputation, but also the actual content of the email itself.
